Turmeric Latte

1/2 t. fresh or powdered turmeric

1/2 T. coconut oil

1/2 T. honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/8 t. black pepper

1/2 t. cinnamon

1/2 t. ginger

1/2 t. cardamon

1 cup of your favorite milk product

Serve warm & enjoy!

Note: Organic ingredients are preferred. Amounts of the cinnamon, ginger & cardamon can be adjusted for your personal taste.
