Keep your mind sharp by eating more greens daily!

Classic Green Smoothie

  1. Blend 1 cup of spinach, or other leafy greens of your choice with:
  2.  1 cup of water (or milk product, coconut water, green tea) and blend well (until all leafy chunks are gone).
  3. Toss in 1 cup of fruit, such as fresh or frozen mango, pineapple and/or bananas in the blender.
  4. Blend again until smooth and creamy.
  5. ENJOY!
